Looking for:
- Female flatmate, late 20s-30s..
- Professionals preferred please (council tax purposes)
- A balance of sociability and respecting each other’s space i. e. someone who likes to have a cuppa and a chat, not just two people sharing a living space!
Available from and the tenancy must begin on 17/08/24.
The room (for single occupancy only):
Large double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, built-in cupboard, feature fireplace (sealed), and bedside table x2.
Shared spaces:
Kitchen/dining room, separate living room, and box room for storage. The flat has double glazing, gas central heating, combined washer/dryer, gas cooker, new boiler with instant hot water.
A council parking permit is available for on-street parking. Also bus stop on the street with good bus links.
Rent: £563.50 pcm, excluding bills.
