Double Room available only for 1-3 nights per week

Double Room available on a daily basis from 17th August, we are family member renting the room occasionally for only 2 or 3 nights per week.
It is located at Drummond Street very close to the City centre and Edinburgh university, It is also close by shopping centre Lidl, Tesco & Sainsbury.
All bills including heating, gas, council tax & unlimited Wi-Fi are covered. A quiet house with no alcohol, smoking or pets allowed, suitable for either a professional or student.

Note! There are no shared Living room and Kitchen available
Any party and wearing shoes in the flat are not allowed

£100 refundable deposit and £60 rent per night in advance
