Bright sunny double room near central Edinburgh

Monday to Friday or short term let only. Available from end October. References from current room let available.

The room is bright and sunny, with views down to the sea. Plenty of storage and with an Ensuite.

You should be a non smoker, working or postgraduate student. Working from home is not a regular option as I teach online.

Some of the photos below are from when I purchased so have no furniture. The Ensuite now has a shower installed.

Monday to Friday let 650.00 per month. One months rent in advance and one month deposit

Short term let may possibly be available from 670.00 a month. Two months rent deposit and one months rent up front. This is because I unfortunately have been burnt by a previous tenant not giving the final month on a three month let and then causing damage for which I had no deposit.

Includes all bills (also internet). A 'fair use' policy exists for the internet from my internet provider. I do the same for the heating.
