Room available in nice, quiet flat

We are a couple who work full time.
The flat has two bedrooms and an office, which can be used for storage or as a place to work, draw etc. The kitchen has an oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Bathroom has bath and shower. Heating is electric and we have a standing order set up for £120 a month. We split bills equally between all tenants.
Living room is large with two sofas. We have a large selection of dvds, cds and access to a number of streaming sites. The bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Internet is Sky broadband, which is £40 a month split between us.
The flat is situated in Canonmills, 10 minutes walk to Stockbridge. It is a quiet area with good bus routes and two large supermarkets very close by. Council tax band is D.
We are looking for a long term flatmate who is quiet , but friendly. We enjoy the odd meal together and the occasional movie night. No students, unfortunately, for council tax reasons.
As flatmates, we are respectful and like to keep the flat clean. LGBTQ+ friendly. We are meat eaters, but have no issue with people with other dietary requirements.
The flat is rented through a letting agent and you would be signing a lease with them.
