Hey folks, my flatmate has just moved out and I'm looking for a new flatmate to fill the void (in the flat and my soul).
The property is a nice little two bed flat, located just off of Easter Road. Leith Walk is five minutes away, and you can walk from here to town in about twenty minutes. There are also great bus links just outside.
Ideally looking for other arty souls to live and strike bonds with. I'm a Music Business student, in my final year, and play music myself. If you consider yourself "arty farty' this is the flat for you.
I like to keep things clean and tidy around the flat. After years of student lifestyle, I've gotten fed up with never doing any cleaning or just being disrepsectul towards the shared spaces; and I would expect the same from a flatmate.
Rent is £400 a month but that doesn't include bills. However, the flat is operated on electricity alone so beyond that and the broadband (£18 a month) there's really not much to worry about.
This flat is LGBTQ friendly, and I'm keen to keep it that way.
