Bright double room in newington (with orange cat)

Bright room in friendly shared flat with a Trainee Accountant. I have loads more pictures and videos of the flat so feel free to just ask. The flat has access to a shared garden which is south facing so gets lots of light. Theres a tumble dryer, dishwasher and smart home system so it makes life very easy.

I'm fun and friendly and easy to get along with. My family own the flat so it's very chilled out. My interests are horse riding, baking, binge watching netflix and going out with my friends. I'm always up for a chat but also do enjoy my own space. I work full time in the office but occasionally have the odd wfh day.

There’s also a ginger cat who lives here with me. He’s 2 years and is very playful and meowy but he’s very cute.

Looking for a relaxed kind flatmate who's tidy and friendly. Ideally someone happy to split the council tax with me and who is always up for a chat in the kitchen.
