My cosy flat is in the ideal situation in Stockbridge for one or a couple. It is calm and quiet on a side street with less than a minute walk to the gentle hustle and bustle of Stockbridge, or a 15 min walk to town centre, Princess Street. 6 min drive from Haymarket or 20 min walk.
Available from now until mid-september, possibility to extend till March 2025.
It has a double bedroom, bathroom and joint kitchen/living room, access to a joint garden. Light streams in the south facing windows so it is bright and warm.
I am currently living in London till at-least mid-end of September 2024 so would be hoping to rent out my lovely flat to someone for this time who can enjoy and look after it whilst there.
You would have the entire flat to yourself. The TV, internet, bills are included/already set up and council tax is set up and costs £177/per month on top of this.
