Looking for a new flatmate!

I rent a lovely 2-bed flat in Newington, and am looking for a new flatmate to join me from 1 September 2024.

The room faces the front garden and has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, and space for a desk.

The shared spaces are the living/dining room and fully fitted open-plan kitchen, bathroom (with electric shower and separate bath), small laundry room, private front garden, and private shed & deck in the communal back garden. There is a *lot* of storage in the flat. A fantastic landlady too!

I will be starting my MSc in September, so it would be nice to find somebody looking to stay for a year or so.
I would only be looking for a student to take over the room, unless you are willing to pay for the complete council tax - band C -with 25% exemption. Listing price without bills.

A bit more about me: I'm a photographer and sometimes-dance-teacher outside of my studies. Quite sporty and also enjoy movie nights and going on long walks. I'm not much of a clubber, but do like a good eve of fun. Pretty much a regular at the Jazz Bar by this point!

Would love to find a flatmate with whom I can keep a relaxed, homely environment, and who appreciates a clean space. Somewhere we can hang-out, have dinners and watch films/listen to music together, but also respect and have our own space at times.
