Hi! I'm looking for someone to join my sunny, cosy home in New Town.

Hosting viewings on the second week of October.

My current lovely flatmate is starting an exciting new chapter and leaving mid-October, so there's a cosy room available. The room has a double bed, street-view window, and modern closet with full-length mirrors.

The flat has a spacious living room with a floor-to-ceiling window that lets in plenty of light! 🌞 There are 2 big sofas with a coffee table, bookcase full of plants and books, and a dining table with 4 chairs.

There is also a sunny kitchen with great appliances (including a Nespresso machine).

The area is super quiet and it's easy to pop into town, go to the shops, and get a bus to just about anywhere.

About me: I'm Amal, a writer at a startup. I moved to Edinburgh for my master's and decided to stay here after making some great friends. I work from home but travel frequently for work (and travel 🏝️). I love spending time in the common area but also value recharge time. I don't drink, so I hope to find someone mindful of that.

It's important to me to find a female flatmate who is respectful and communicative.

The rent is 550, excluding bills. Including the bills (energy, wifi, etc.) and council tax, the amount is approximately 700 – depending on energy usage.
