Enormous bright room in a large, sunny Victorian house to share with busy family, grumpy cat and mad puppy.

Female lodgers preferred, sorry!

Busy family life – we are friendly and easy-going, kids mostly at school, adults studying/working. Lots going on, so not really suited for someone looking for a quiet space or who would be working from home. That said, the house is big enough to easily get away from the hubbub!

We are in Newington – an easy walk into town, and very close to Kings Buildings. On a very quiet street, but 2 mins from major bus routes (10-15 mins to city centre)

Available from 1 Jan (some flexibility) for approx 3-6 month let. Ideal for language student or visiting research student/academic.

Would suit easy-going, friendly and flexible person. We are very internationally-minded, and used to having friends and lodgers from all over the world. Look forward to meeting you!
