I will be moving out of this accommodation at the end of May, and, so, it will be available from the 1st of June until the end of August (3 months total). The monthly rent is £795 (bills included), but this will only have to paid in June and July since the rent is divided into 10 month instalments -- you will effectively have one month free. This is an en-suite room with shared kitchen. The address of the accommodation is Flat 3 (Room 1), 1 Charteris place, Tyne House O'Shea North, EH8 8FN. It is right next to Holyrood road, a 2 minute walk to the university gym, a 10 minute walk to the main road, and a 15 minute walk to the university shuttle bus. Only fully matriculated postgraduate students of the University of Edinburgh are eligible for subletting.
