Room to rent near the centre of Edinburgh EH11

Looking for someone to move into my spare room from mid to late January until the end of July next year.

I live in a 2 bedroom flat in Dalry. It is a 20 minute walk to Princes Street and only a 10 minute walk away from Haymarket. Great location for amenities as I am close to Lidl, Coop and many great restaurants, not to mention the Fountain Park complex.

I have a double bedroom available for rent with a common kitchen, living room and bathroom.

All bills including council tax, internet and utilities are split. Property is council tax band D.

I live in the property as well. I am quite a social person so often have friends over for dinner and to stay over. I am looking for someone who is comfortable with having other people around. Happy to socialise but if you want to keep to yourself that is ok too. I am relatively tidy and looking for someone who is able to keep the communal areas relatively tidy as well.

I have a boyfriend who will be over a couple of nights a week, I will also be away a couple of nights a week.

I identify as queer and I want my flat to always be a inclusive space and I am looking for someone who has the same values.

It is really important that I find someone that is the right fit and I do want to have a video call before I will allow a flat viewing.
