Quiet central residence within 10 minutes walk of George Square, 15 mins to Princes Street and the Royal Mile and 2 minutes from buses (to Kings Buildings) supermarkets and cafes. This flat overlooks the Meadows (park) at the front and a quiet garden at the back and has a big well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. Usually booked for 1-4 months at a time, and occupied by students or professionals on short courses or just at the beginning or end of their stay.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Residents share a bathroom ( with toilet and bath/shower)? and a shower room (with toilet and shower).
