I'm looking for a new flatmate (and hopefully a new friend).

The room available is a bright double room, with Ensuite, and a built in wardrobe, in a lovely modern fully furnished flat.

I'm 29, working as an Early Years Officer. I love music, playing guitar, singing, journalling, and creating things. I also love baking and regular trips to the beach.
I'm tidy, respectful and like to keep the flat calm and homely. I'm looking for someone similar - ideally a working professional who's clean, easy going, up for the occasional movie night and fun chats, but who can also resect the need for space.
