An en-suite to sublet!

This is a room in a 5-people flat including all bills. As it is a student accommodation, you need to be a student. It is on the fifth floor and contains a private bathroom, but you need to share the kitchen and the living room with other people. All flatmates are quite good and quiet. There are supermarket, gym, bus stations and restaurants nearby. The available rent date is 4.30-8.31. The start date of moving in is flexible, but you need to stay until the end (31st August).
