Hi, my name is Margaret, I'm the property owner of this fab location flatshare. The flat is a great size. It has gas central heating, combi-boiler with over the bath shower, and lovely communal gardens at the back.

I’m offering a double bedroom PLUS another separate room to use as a cosy wee living room, or ample home office, or maybe a giant walk-in wardrobe if that’s your thing!

Room one looks onto the back garden, gets lots of natural light and is very peaceful. It has original timber frame sash-and-case windows which have character and are easy to open and close but in very high winds can be a wee bit rattly. Room two looks onto the street, gets plenty of daylight and the original windows have been replaced with sound reducing double-glazing.

I'm offering £835 as the combined rent, for both rooms together.

There is currently one other flatmate. His room is bigger and he doesn’t need an additional living room or office, so the plus room is just for you. Both flatmates share the kitchen and bathroom.
