We have a large bedroom with king-sized bed available in our attractive 2nd floor flat overlooking leafy Water of Leith. Its available late June to the start of September for the whole Festival period.

There is free parking, undercover secure bike storage, a 24 hour Asda in 5 mins walk and its close to main bus routes into town (including the night bus route).

The flat has a large single social area, with a spacious open plan kitchen, a living room with two leather sofas and TV system looking out over woodlands, and a dining area.

There is one other double room that has its own ensuite, that will have a student couple staying for the summer.
