Double Room to let- Central Edinburgh Area

Hi there I’m Sarah,

I currently have a room to offer in my flat that I have recently renovated in the Haymarket area. The flat is fully furnished and super cosy, right in the heart of Edinburgh — you really couldn’t be more central!

Rent is £950 a month and that covers absolutely everything (council tax, gas, electricity and WiFi), so it’s nice and simple. I prefer the rent to be paid in one monthly lump sum just to keep things easy for both of us.

A bit about me:

I am 26 yo Glasgow Uni graduate currently working full time in the finance world (boring I know).
I love socialising going out to pubs and gigs, movie nights and flat meals so would love to meet someone with a similar vibe :)

In terms of the boring life admin bit, bills will be included in the overall price per month! Additionally, I’ve put a lot of work into renovating the flat so taking care to look after it is important to me.
