My current flatmate is moving out in the first week of January so I'm looking for someone to take up his large double bedroom.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a minute's walk away from grocery stores and some great boutique restaurants. The room is a double bed and is very well lit.

The flat also boasts a very spacious living room, a good-sized kitchen which comes fully equipped with the basic white goods, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and pots, pans, plates and mugs that we can use. The bathroom which will be shared is also modern with a good-sized shower.
