Large double bedroom 10 mins from city centre

Hello,

My current flatmate is moving out in the first week of June so I'm looking for someone to take up his large double bedroom.

Please note that the second bedroom which is shown in the video is to be rented. The first bedroom shown is occupied by me. Both bedrooms are the same size.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a minute's walk away from grocery stores and some great boutique restaurants. The room is very well lit as you can see in the video, and the two single beds in the rooms can be joined together to make a super-king bed (that is how we have been using them so far).

The flat also boasts a very spacious hall, a good-sized kitchen which comes fully equipped with the basic white goods, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and pots, pans, plates and mugs that we can use. The bathroom which will be shared is also modern with a good-sized shower.
