It is a shared bathroom with new walk in shower, lounge and separate kitchen. There is a sunny back garden which is a winner at the moment.

House has got new double glazed windows to keep us cosy, new boiler, bathroom and kitchen within last 12 months.

Has loads of unrestricted street parking, garage for bike store, regular 26 bus to town or 21 to royal infirmary or leith.
Walking distance to porty and the beach with loads of good pubs/cafes etc on prom or high street.

Living with a nurse working shifts and a baker. This is not live in landlord but head tenant is family friend.

Bills inc council tax, fibre and power are around 150 at the moment. We split these evenly.

Looking for someone who clean and tidy, is not a total hermit and chats when in communal areas or might like to bbq etc with us but we all need our own space too.
