I have up for rent my beautiful flat. I have spend the last couple of years renovating the whole place. It is centrally located on McDonald Road with a tram stop just at the end of the street.

Included in the price is our excellent cleaner who comes for 2 hours every 2nd week to do a full clean including mopping floors. She is very respectful and keeps the place in perfect condition. Not included are council tax and energy bills which are the responsibility of the tenants to organise (I can help show how if needed).
