Flat is located in the Clovenstone area, right next to the train station with good train and bus transport links. 15 mins away from city centre by train and 30 mins by bus. Plenty of free parking is available nearby. Excellently located with amenities, a JD gym is just 5 mins walking away, and a lidl is located here too!

The flat is a new build in 2017, is equipped with modern and spacious kitchen and living area, and a private bathroom is also available. The room is very bright and warm even in winter, and has a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a desk, chest of drawers etc.

Would be sharing with myself, a young professional working in the city. As a flatmate I like to be social, but I'm also quiet and respectful, keeping the place nice and clean and generally in a good state.

All bills are included, i. e. gas and electric, wifi, and even council tax.
