Hi! A double room is available on one of the prettiest streets in Edinburgh, right on the edge of Holyrood Park. The neighbourhood is beautiful and peaceful, while still only 10–20 minutes from the city centre.
The flat has a lovely shared living room with a piano, a fireplace and views of Arthur’s Seat, as well as a spacious shared kitchen. The room itself has a double bed and can be furnished to suit your needs. It’s ideal for one person or a couple with rent adjustment. Occasional guests are welcome too.
You’ll be sharing with just me, a friendly, artistic professional working in 3D animation, mostly from home.
