The property is only a 10/15 min walk to Haymarket and has two local supermarkets (coop & lidl) just 5 minutes away. There is a bus stop just around the corner with very good service in either direction. A big bonus is the lovely park right outside our door. There is on street parking, this however requires a parking permit.
I'm a professional who is commuting quite a bit, so I might be a little tired when I come home. Yes, I do like my own space but I also like to laugh, am sociable, friendly and do enjoy the company of a flatmate.
The bills are not included as I am re-calculating with recent increase in prices.
I'm looking for a fun, clean, reliable and friendly person.
