Hi!

I am a locum pharmacist working mostly outside of Edinburgh. Technically, I am a live-in landlord. However, I will be away most of the time.
I am looking to rent out one large bedroom (460x317cm) with private balcony access.

Room is spacious, fully furnished and have plenty of storage space as shown in the pictures. Park view and lock in the bedroom door.

There is one shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, washing machine, large fridge and freezer . There is a 2 seated couch and a tall chair next to the counter.

Gas and electricity shared between the two tenants. (If I am staying in the flat it will be shared between three people).

Very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Figgate Park just around the corner.

Free parking in a parking lot or on the street.

20min walking distance to Portebello Beach and 20min bus ride to Waverley Railway station.
