Double room available in Edinburgh New Town

Large double room available in the New Town of Edinburgh from the beginning of September. The flat is in a lovely area, near to Stockbridge and a 15 minute walk from the centre of town as well as being within walking distance of the main University of Edinburgh campus.

You would be living with me (24) currently doing my postgraduate at the University of Edinburgh! I am easy going and enjoy both a trip to the pub and a night in!

I am looking for someone who is likely to take the room for at least a year so a masters student or postgraduate student would be ideal! However, happy to consider anyone who is interested including professionals.
