The Room:
The room itself is about 10sq. m. with a seaview through ther park. It comprises a new king-size bed, desk and sitting area. Ample storage space (walk-in closet and drawers) in the private corridor leading to the room. The room is on the ground floor, independent from the rest of the rooms on the basement.

Couples will be considered with an extra fee.
Rent and duration of stay is negotiable for the right person/people.

The flat:
In the central and easily accessible Hillside, on the gorgeous Calton Hill. The shared space comprises a newly refurbished kitchen and shower room as well as a vast living room, private garden, and conservatory. Bicycles can potentially come and go through the garden and be safely stored there.

Who you're sharing with:
I am a Theatre & Music practitioner who works at home sometimes so expect some non-amplified sound and occasional arty gatherings at a considerate level and times. I like to manage the housekeeping to a high and welcoming standard. I am happy to consider couples for a little more contribution to the expenses. I will offer a valid subletting agreement and I am happy to negotiate the fee for the right person.
