I’m renting out a furnished double room in my quiet and spacious 3-bedroom home in Trinity, Edinburgh. Although this is technically a flat share, in practice you’ll have the house almost entirely to yourself - I’m based in London most of the time and only visit for a few days, a few times a year. When I do visit, I use a separate small room upstairs and am quiet and tidy. I value a peaceful, cosy home atmosphere. There is another lodger downstairs with her own bathroom.
I’m currently finishing a PhD in machine learning and work in London as an AI Product Manager for a legaltech startup.
The room would suit a female postgraduate student or professional who is quiet, respectful, and tidy. Ideal for someone looking for a calm, comfortable place to come home to after work or study.

A bright, well-proportioned double room with a built-in closet and a private bathroom with shower and tub on the top floor. You will have the whole top floor to yourself, except for when I am visiting.

The house is in Trinity, a quiet, safe neighbourhood just a 15-minute walk from Stockbridge and close to the Botanic Gardens, Ainslie Park Leisure Centre and the Western General Hospital. Excellent bus connections nearby (8, 9, 14, 21, 23, 27) make it easy to reach the city centre and universities.
