Double room in Trinity, bills included

Although this is classed as a flat share, in reality you'll have the house to yourself most of the time, as I spend about 3 weeks a month in London. I am quiet and tidy and like having a cosy home atmosphere.

The accommodation comprises one fully furnished double bedrooms with closet, open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a large sunny private garden. All kitchen appliances (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster), washing machine and dishwasher are in great working condition.

The property benefits from gas central heating, double glazed windows and full fibre broadband. It is located in Trinity, a 15 minute walk from Stockbridge and has access to multiple bus routes (the 8, 9, 14, 21, 23 and 27). It is a 10 minute walk from the Botanic Gardens and a 5 minute walk from the gym / leisure centre at Ainslie Park. There is free on street parking as well as a private bike shed.

All bills are included in the rent (internet, Council Tax Band C, utilities, gardener).

I work as an AI Product Manager while also in the last year of a PhD in machine learning.
