I have a double bedroom available from 1st October in a two-bedroom flat.

Rent: £450 per month/person
Deposit: £500
1GB Internet: £24.75 per person/month
Council Tax: £57 per person/month (Band B)
Gas & Electricity: £67 per person/month (fixed)
Total monthly cost for the room: approximately £598.75 including the above bills

The total rent for the flat is £900 per month (£450 each tenant).

The flat is in a quiet area, with a couple of bus stops just around 2 minutes away and approximately 20 minutes from the city centre.

There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, including Aldi and Tesco, around 5–10 minutes' walk away. There are also some lovely quiet areas nearby that are great for walking or running.

🚗 Free parking is available in the area, so there is no need to worry about parking costs if you have a car.

👋 About Me

I currently live by myself and work Monday to Friday, generally from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

I like to keep the flat clean, tidy and comfortable. I enjoy relaxing in the common areas, having a chat, watching something together or occasionally going out for a beer.

At the same time, I’m very respectful of other people's privacy and personal space, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same way.

Ideally, I’m looking for a nice, clean, tidy and social person who is happy to share a home rather than simply rent a room.

Professionals preferred due to the council tax situation, although students are also welcome to enquire.
