Spacious room with king size bed available

My name is Ashley, 38 year old teacher from Edinburgh and I'm renting out my spare room in my home. I enjoy being sociable but I do value my own time, especially Monday - Friday. I enjoy working out, a walk on a sunny evening and cooking simple, healthy meals. I have a cat called Smudge, she's pretty friendly meaning she doesn't bite or scratch but she does keep herself to herself.

I’m letting out my spare room. It is a spacious room with a king size bed. There is a tv with sky tv. All bills included, no hidden charges.

The property is situated in the Grange, a quiet residential area, about a mile from the Meadows with good bus links after a 5-10 minute walk.

My partner lives with me 50% of the time on a 4 day on/off rota. We like to cook meals, listen to music, go for walks. We go away a lot at the weekend and like to keep busy. He comes with a 3 year old golden retriever who is very friendly and loves to cuddle on the sofa.
