The flat is right on the steps of Holyrood Park and is located in a quiet area of Meadowbank, just 5 minutes walk from Meadowbank Sports Centre. There is a Sainsbury's and a Morrisons in a little over 10 minutes walk away from the flat.
Monthly broadband and energy bills combined average around £75 per person and the flat's Council Tax Band is C (currently around £80 per person)

I'm a 29 year old professional, working mostly in the office, sometimes at home. I'm passionate about music and like to play or put on the odd record when I get round to it, so you might hear some music around the flat every now and then (only at reasonable volumes and times of course).
I'm quite outgoing overall but also appreciate my own time & space. Love a hearty meal, entertaining conversations, sports (handball in particular), going to the gym and the occasional night out.
