Cozy double room in a two bedroom flat with a living room and a separate kitchen. There is a dishwasher in the flat which I consider a big bonus. Also, if you are a student you will not need to pay council tax. If you are a professional we would split council tax 50/50.
I’m fairly social but do enjoy my space and often need to focus on studying when at home. I just finished my final year of a Philosophy degree at the University of Edinburgh and am a research assistant. You’d be sharing the flat with me, although my girlfriend stays over a lot.
The flat is only 0.5 miles from George square and very near the meadows.
The room is available from the 3rd of October by the earliest and for a stay at least until the end of August 2025.
