Double room next to the meadows

Double room in a two bedroom flat with a living room and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher.

I’m a social person and enjoy spending time with my friends but I often need to focus on work when at home. Am always up for a chat though!

My primary interests are philosophy, sports, books of all sorts and music. I enjoy playing football, basketball, tennis and am up to try new sports. I like to keep the flat tidy and looking for someone who feels the same way.

Day to day I work full time for the University of Edinburgh researching AI.

You’d be sharing the flat with me. I don't own the flat, just advertising on behalf of the landlord.

The flat is only 0.5 miles from the main campus and 2 mins from the meadows.

The room is available from the 9th of November (If it would suit you we could also make it the 1st of November) and for a stay at least until the end of August 2026.

Since I am not council tax exempt, if you are a student and would like to move in you would need to share the cost of the council tax with me.
