Hello, we have a lovely double room becoming available in newtown.
You would be sharing with myself (Rachel), a 23 y/o young professional who loves music, concerts, cooking, reading and the outdoors, and Amelia, a 24 y/o young professional who loves cooking, plants, gaming and watching movies. We are both looking for someone who we can be mates with and hang out with, but equally someone who will respect personal space as well. We would also be looking for someone who is happy with a LGBTQ+ friendly household.
It is also very important to us that our new flatmate is clean and tidy.
*We are only looking for professionals, no students due to council tax!!!*
The rent is £525 per month excluding bills (usually around 40 per person in summer and 60 in winter) and council tax (band F), and we would have to have someone move in for the 14th July. Our rent is paid on the 14th of every month, so you would have to pay rent on that date as well.
