Rent: 625£/month
Deposit: 625£
Council tax band: C (roughly 60£/month if not a student)
Bills: 45-75£ roughly/month depending on time of year

About myself: I enjoy cycling, volleyball, playing the piano, sailing, tennis, board games, travelling/exploring the city, eating good food and learning about different cultures. I speak 3 languages and have lived in 4 different countries.

I’m looking for somebody who is mature, easy to get along with, open minded, tidy, respectful of common spaces and my home and hopefully shares some common interests. I’d hope that my future flatmate would be a friend that I could enjoy hanging out with in the evenings/weekends and sharing dinner with occasionally etc.

If interested, if you could please share some information about yourself, when you would be looking to move, how long you would be interested in staying and what you would be doing in Edinburgh.
