Hi, my spare room is available for Monday-Friday lets and includes a private bathroom as shown in picture 3.
I am flexible with 3 or 4 nights per week.
Price for 3 nights per week is £125 nights per week.
Price for 4 nights per week is £150 per week.
Minimum monthly stay would be 3x per week for all weeks in the month. All bills are included in the price.
There is a lovely patio which catches the sun in the morning and afternoon, great for bbq!
