Quaint flat in the middle of Haymarket. In an absurdly good location:

10 minute walk from Haymarket Train Station & Haymarket Tram stop. The bus stop is down the road from the flat and many bus routes stop there.
20 minute walk to Prince's Street.
Less that 15 minute walk to the Canals and Parks along the Canal (including Fountain Park).
Amazing restaurants, cafés and food shops in every direction. Dalry Swim Centre (which includes a gym) is a minute away.

The room is semi furnished.

The rest of the flat is furnished but changes can be made and further decorating is encouraged. There are 2 hallway closets; meaning there is lots of extra storage space.

The main thing to know about me is that I have returned to university, so I am a fulltime student. I am a quiet and, in my opinion, a considerate flatmate. I'm also a neat and tidy person, so would like to live with someone of a similar disposition.
