1 double bedroom in 4 bedroom ground floor flat nestled in a quiet residential crescent.

Our home has a chilled and relaxed feel to it. The housemates are friendly, and up for hanging out but all enjoy our own space too. We like having a clean and tidy environment and want a future housemate to be the same.

Our home is just off Pilrig Street, so 5-10 minutes walk to Leith Walk and a range of shops e. g. Sainbury's, Co-op, Tesco, cafes, pubs, restaurants, and good bus and tram services across Edinburgh, and around 25 mins walk from Waverley Station. The 11 stops closest to the house.

The bills are approximately £120 per month (gas, electricity, wi-fi and council tax). So collectively with rent around £645 per month.

The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped too, including a washer dryer. Private garden with BBQ and shed. There's a bike shed in the front garden and on street permit parking. Our street is relatively quiet with lots of families.

The bedrooms are good sized doubles with bed, desk, computer chair, chair, bedside table, chest of drawers. The bathroom has a great shower and a heated towel rail.
There's some additional cupboard space in the hall as well.

Sharing with three existing tenants - Spanish, English and Scottish.
The current flatmates are all friendly and relaxed whilst also valuing cleanliness and respect for each other's space and belongings.
The room is rented as part of a joint tenancy agreement with the other flatmates with a local letting agency. They will require an application form, references, and some documentation as well as a deposit. They've always been quick to respond & really helpful.
