The flat is located in the Meadow Bank/ Abbey Hill area, and has amazing views directly onto Holyrood park, and Arthur’s Seat.

Although the room its self is a small double, the flat is very spacious and there is a lot of storage available outside of the room, including a lot of space in decent sized the box room. The box room can be available as office space, separate from your room.

The flat is warm, bright, and well maintained, with a large communal living room, a large kitchen, shared bathroom, and access to a lovely shared garden.

I (current tenant) am a professional in my early fourty’s and have lived in the flat for a number of years. The flat owner is a conscientious landlord. We’re looking for someone who will treat the flat as home, keeping communal spaces clean and tidy, and who prefers a respectful, friendly approach to sharing the flat.

I enjoy living with people who would like to share some meals and spend time together, while also appreciating and respecting down time and personal space. The flat is a very comfortable size for two people.

I work in adult social care (I don’t work from home) , am creative, love being outside, having friends round for meals, and also like time to be quiet/ reflective.

The flat is in a good location for buses on London road, into the city centre and down to portobello. Meadow bank shopping centre, and Easter road are in very easy walking distance, and Leith Walk is also close by.
