I'm currently in my final year, so am looking for a quiet flatmate, (no cooking late at night etc.).
The flat is generally quiet, no loud neighbors or anything like that. It is next to a road so there is some traffic noise.
Preferably another student, professionals will need to pay council tax (band B).
