Description
Hello,
About the flat...
The flat is overlooking Newhaven Harbour and around the corner from a 24 hour Asda and a short walk from the tram. The no 11 bus stops right outside the flat so it's very easy to get into the city centre. Ocean Terminal is a 10 minute walk so very handy for the gym and cinema. The Shore is a 15 minute walk from here with it's many bars and restaurants.
The flat has a kitchen, big living room/dining room (with a sofa bed should guests stay) and your room has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also secure underground parking should you have a car.
About me...
I moved to Edinburgh three years ago from Hertfordshire and I love the city. I'm a professional who works from home pretty much all of the time so it would be preferable if you don't (a day a week is fine). I'm often out and about doing things but equally like a cosy night in front of the tv.
I go back down south every couple of months for a week or so at a time so I need someone trustworthy who will look after the flat.
I'm very clean, tidy and organised and I would expect you to be too, helping keep the communal areas clean and tidy. I like to live in a clean, cosy environment.
I'm very much an extrovert but respect people needing their own space like we all do at times.
I enjoy having people over for dinner/drinks/games nights occasionally and it would be nice for you to join in with that should you want to and of course have your own friends over too.
The boring stuff....
Proof of income (or rent upfront) and a reference would be good (for longer lets).
Rent is inclusive of bills. Council tax (band E), wifi, gas and electric.
For short term lets I'm happy to provide bedding and towels.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Amy
