Room in large flat

Hello!

I'm Katherine and I have room available in my flat.

The property is an upper villa in Roseburn, with two bedrooms, bathroom with bath, livingroom, large kitchen/dinning room and utility room. There is also a garden with grass and patio space at the back. I also have my office in the attic which has a spare bed.

Facilities:
Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, broadband, bath, air fryer, slow cooker, storage for bike.

In the room:
King sized bed and mattress, two bedside tables with two drawers in each, large wardrobe, blind, space under bed for more storage, space for desk/chest of drawers if you'd like to bring extra!

Transport:
Free on street parking, near Murryfield tram stop, and the following buses: 12, 26/N26, 31, 98, 900, 909, X24, X38 from Roseburn Gardens

About me:

I'm a 30 something working in the pension industry as a project manager. I WFH 3 days a week and then either in Edinburgh/Glasgow or sometimes at client offices the other days. Mostly Edinburgh though.

I'm a maker of kombucha, like to knit, try to run, morning coffee, salt and vinegar crisps for the win, and keeping life fun and exciting.

I like to see friends and family, most of which are in the Edinburgh area. I'd also be looking to have people over. I'd expect the same in return also, of course.

I'm a positive person and enjoy the company of others although the older I get the more I appreciate a solo evening. I want to have respect for each others space but share films and cooking together when appropriate.

I'm really looking for the right person, and not just the first person to fill the room. It would be great if you could tell me about yourself, how long you're looking to stay and anything else!

Happy to do viewings or video calls to show the place and get a feel for each other.
