Mature Student for Double Room Mon-Fri

A comfortable Double Room with a built in desk area.. I am a live in landlady, looking for a mature, quiet student for midweek rental. I am flexible over how many days per week you need from 2 - 4 days, Monday to Friday. with the rent varying depending on the number of days. It can be term time only. It will suit a mature student, who needs accommodation in Edinburgh for part of each week.

I am centrally located, easy walk to Edinburgh Waverley Station, Tram and local bus stops. My home is on a quiet street with its own front and back garden. It is peaceful, clean and tidy and looking for a lodger who is also peaceful, clean and tidy. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

I am mostly vegetarian, although I do eat fish. For the shared kitchen I would prefer no meat.
