I share my home with my partner and we are looking for a mature, quiet student for midweek rental. I am flexible over how many days per week you need for your studies with the rent varying accordingly. £55 per week for 2 nights, £82.50 per week for 3 nights and £110 per week for 4 nights. This is inclusive of bills. It can be term time only.

We are centrally located, easy walk to Edinburgh Waverley Station, Tram and local bus stops. Our home is on a quiet street with its own front and back garden. It is peaceful, clean and tidy. We are looking for a lodger who is also peaceful, clean and tidy. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The household is mostly vegetarian, although I do eat fish. For the shared kitchen I would prefer no meat.
