Two single rooms in a welcoming newly-built home (total 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen-dining).
The front single room is not large but catches the sun wonderfully (built-in wardrobe not visible): Room 1
The other single room is peaceful and overlooks the garden (built-in wardrobe not visible): Room 2
The kitchen is spacious with a generous dining area and patio doors.
The communal areas include the lounge which is also a yoga/dance space, and a quiet sitting area on the middle floor.
There is a private garden with patio, vegetable beds and lawn.
Several regular buses from town centre (3 miles) and parking in driveway. Served by the airport bus 'Skylink 200' (25mins). The sea is a short walk away.
Available for weekly letting, and up to a maximum of 8 weeks.
