Ensuite flat in Deaconess House

Looking for someone to take over my lease in a university dormitory at Deaconess. It is a large ensuite single room, comes furnished with:

- Single bed and mattress
- Study desk and chair
- Closet
- Chest of drawers
- Bedside table

My room has a great view of Arthur’s seat as well. This is a room in a 5 bed flat, one of the largest in deaconess. There’s a shared kitchen/living room, and a shared common room. Kitchen has microwave, oven and kettle. Washer/dryer available next to the flat and is pay-per-use.

Deaconess is 10-15 minutes away from campus, and also very close by to old town and tourist sites. Holyrood park/Arthur’s seat is just 5 mins away.

The person taking over has to be a postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh. Please message only if you’re a postgraduate student! Video of space available on request.
