Bright and airy room available in Newington Flat!!

Hello! We are a tight-knit group of pals looking for someone who would fit nicely into our home :) Our ideal flatmate would be someone between the ages of 23-32 who is:

- tidy (we usually have a colour-coded chore chart on our refrigerator!)
- respectful
- low-key vibes (no parties… unless they are knitting parties. Oh, and one time we had a birthday party for the dog.)
- loves dogs (non-negotiable)
- queer-friendly (non-negotiable)
- not a student (even if you are willing to contribute to council tax, we cannot make exceptions -- apologies!)

We're a pretty quiet bunch but v nice and friendly, and we like hiking, climbing, reading, swimming and baking together.

The flat is located in Newington — great for getting to Old Town, the Meadows or Holyrood. It has a shared kitchen and living space, along with two showers, two toilets, and a washer/dryer.

The available room is bright and airy. It is fully furnished, and rent is £413 per month. Bills (wi-fi, gas/electric & council tax) will be around £160 ~ £190 depending on the season.

As you may have noticed, we live with a little dog. Snoopy is very sweet and friendly, although he will steal your socks unless you hide them >:( Please do not apply unless you love dogs and have some socks that you are willing to sacrifice.

Please note that we cannot accept applicants with pets due to the landlord’s one pet policy.

The official move-in date is February 1st. Moving in on a later date is possible, but rent would be due on the 1st. There may also be some flexibility for you to move in slightly earlier!
