Hey!
My flatmate is moving out in August (16th - 19th tbc) so I am looking for someone to fill her room in our shared flat.
The flat is located in Tollcross in an excellent location between the canal and meadows and is less than half an hour walk into the centre. There are loads of bus routes nearby and there is also a tesco/sainsbury's/co-op within a five minute walk.
The flat consists of two double bedrooms, a living room and spacious kitchen and a bathroom. I have an en suite so the main bathroom will basically be yours apart from guests.
I am looking for someone social and laid back but who also appreciates their own space.
The bills for council tax, electricity and WiFi roughly comes to about £180 each a month which is not included in the rent.
No students due to council tax reasons.
