Spacious Flat in Bruntsfield, Ediburgh

Hi! I'm in the market for a new tenant as my current one is moving back home. It's a large tenement flat with high ceilings! The room is quite spacious and looks into the shared garden below.

The kitchen is the best I've lived in, it's bright and spacious, with a pantry. The living room is also big, bright and airy.

The street and Bruntsfield are beautiful with lots of independent shops for clothes and coffee. It's a peaceful place and right next to the Meadows and about a 25 minute walk from the city centre/Prince's street.

Rent and bills are quite standard for Bruntsfield area at a monthly rate of £775 rent and around £200 for bills. Bills breakdown (each) is around £70 energy, £32 internet, council tax (band E).

A little bit about your potential flat mate: I'm a 31yo professional. I moved to Edinburgh in 2022 from North East England.

My hobbies include museum-going/city breaks, music-listening, climbing, football, and social-butterflying. I recently got a new TV so am busy not understanding the wide range of films that my film bro friends recommend. I’ve also been messing around with music production.

I might be swayed by a late-night visit to the pub every now and again, but equally, I’m a fan of a chilled-out night in.

Since moving here, I've found a friendly football crew I play with twice a week. My office gets graced by my presence 3 times a week, otherwise I'm WFH.
