Single Standard Room — West Mains Student Accom

Important: tenant must be male and a student of The University of Edinburgh! General Information: I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my room in the West Mains Student Accommodation at the University of Edinburgh’s King’s Buildings. I have actually moved out of the flat entirely, into a flat with some friends of mine; so, whoever is looking to move in, can do so immediately. Otherwise, I would have stayed here. The room is spacious and clean and comes with a single bed, a large desk, a large wardrobe, and a bookshelf as well. The flat is equipped with a full, communal, large kitchen, and readily has showers and bathrooms available. The property is regularly cleaned by a team of house cleaners, thus the place stays well-kept and tidy. The tenants of the property get to utilize the school Wi-Fi, laundry rooms with washers and dryers, and have heating, etc. all included in the price! No additional fees or costs, so it is a great place to live. The tenant will pay the student housing pricing associated with the housing (£135 a week, although this is due to change per where someone lives, etc.), from the time they move in until they leave (which are details they can get further figured out with the Accommodation team if they so desire to move in). The accommodation is self-catered but is within walking distance of the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, and many other places within the King’s Buildings complex. I believe the accommodation is a desirable place to live, especially for those within the STEM field of study; as the classes for such studies exist on the same property as the accommodation itself. The environment of the accommodation is delightful as well, and the Resident Officers do a fantastic job of hosting events and making the environment m fun to live within! Regarding transportation, the bus stop for both the University Shuttle Bus and the Lithuanian 9 are right outside the accommodation, so going to and fro town is quite easy and readily accessible.
