Room& own bathroom in flat (Newhaven)

Spacious double room with private bathroom in Newhaven that overlooks the harbour.

The flat has beautiful views and is in a great location with ample bars, restaurants, shops, gym etc on you’re door stop.

Lots of transport links into city centre with the new tram route now being complete just a stones through away.

The bedroom includes an ikea day bed which pulls out into a generous double, build in wardrobe, corner shelf unit, tv unit with TV and amazon fire stick.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy… I cannot emphasise this enough. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is semi-social, likes to share a dinner and/or bottle of wine now and again and have a blether when in the flat together. On the flip side of that and like most people I guess I do enjoy my own company and space so always respectful of others needing the same.

A little about me… I have recently set up my own dog walking business. I also work bank shifts with NHS here and there so I will be out of the flat some evenings. I am pretty laidback, love a bit banter and a giggle, respectful and an occasional glass of wine to watch the sunset when there is one.

*Preference given to someone who would be here for work Mon-Fri and possibly away at the weekends, or someone who will be out the flat some weekends allowing me to enjoy some evenings on my own or with a friend*
