Short term from one week up to three months, you’ll be sharing with a couple in their 3-bedroom flat. This bright and spacious ground floor flat is situated within the residential area of Pilton.

The property is close to a variety of good amenities, easy reach of Edinburgh College (Granton Campus), Western General Hospital and a short distance to the City Centre by way of a regular public transport service (approx. 3 minutes walk to bus stops). Morrisons, Farmfoods, post office, pharmacy and other convenience stores are within easy walking distance of the flat.

A friendly, tidy, and quiet tenant is preferably welcomed.

Rent is £145 per week with all bills included, and all bedding (including pillows and duvets) is provided for you. Deposit £100 before your arrival.

Occasionally we care for a relatives pet. A handsome German shepherd dog and a cute domestic shorthair cat.
